Shipping policy

Shipping is provided by an external party. It is not oDocs Eye Care Limited's responsibility to cover for insurance, item loss, delays or damages caused by shipping providers.

Shipping lead time and speed are dependent upon the choice you have selected.

The economy option (cheapest) is usually via NZ Post, which is then passed onto your national postal service once it enters your country (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, etc.). It takes anytime between 10 to 28 days to arrive.

Courier / Express options are usually via FedEx. We will select the most cost-effective and safe method to ship it to you. This delivery method generally takes between 5 to 7 working days to arrive.

Please allow 3-5 days for us to ship your order. Once ready, we will send you a tracking number and do our very best to make sure the package arrives to you within the estimated timeframe. You will be responsible for importing your order and clearing customs in your respective region if applicable.

If you intend to select a specific courier, please do contact us before you order the product online. Once the item is shipped, we cannot change the courier service. Extra charges may apply.
